The fourth Regional Law Review conference was held on September 7-8, 2023 in hybrid mode (live and through Zoom platform). The conference was organised by the Institute of Comparative Law in Belgrade, the Faculty of Law, University of Pécs in Hungary, and the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
Conference participants were greeted by Prof. Dr. Vladimir Čolović, Director of the Institute for Comparative Law, Prof. Dr. Ágoston Mohay, Vice Dean of the Law Faculty of the University of Pecs and Prof. Dr. Viktorija Žnidaršič Skubic, Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia and Dr Mario Reljanović, editor in chief of the Regional Law Review.
Over the course of two days, the conference was divided into four segments. Dr. Milica Matijević (Institute of Comparative Law), Dr. Aleksandra Rabrenović (Institute of Comparative Law), Avi Zamir (University of Tel Aviv) and Dr. Ágoston Mohay (University of Pécs) served as moderators. Each session was followed by a lively discussion among the attendees.
In the autumn, a collection of papers featuring papers from co-authors from ten countries will be published.
